With over 14,000 clients and thousands of 5-star Google reviews, AIP Insurance had earned something rare in the industry: trust. The team wanted to showcase why clients loved them—but without showing the clients themselves. But here’s a challenge: how do you communicate customer stories… without customers on camera? And how do you do it without sounding like a self-congratulatory ad?

We flipped the testimonial approach by putting Ana Regina, AIP’s founder and principal broker, at the center of the story. She wasn’t there to promote the brand—she was there to tell the stories she’s lived alongside her clients. How AIP was there for big moments in their clients’ lives–buying a house, a car, etc. To elevate the visual experience, we paired her narrative with custom motion graphics and animated typography. This gave the piece energy, visual identity, and a distinct brand tone that set it apart from anything in the category. We also created multiple language versions to reflect AIP’s diverse client base across North America.

The final video became a key brand asset—used across AIP’s website, marketing campaigns, and event sponsorships.
